Koya Kamura
Koya Kamura has been fascinated by the power of images since his childhood, and excited about all sorts of movies such as “The Godfather” (Director: Francis Ford Coppola), “Memories of Murder” (Director: Bong Joon-ho), and “A prophet” (Director: Jacques Audiard). The Fukushima disaster gave a strong impact on him who is the dual heritage of Japan and France. It took several years to overwhelm the trauma by the catastrophe. After directing TV commercials for ten years, he began writing his first fiction film: Homesick, the story is a father is willing to enter the no-go-zone to spend time with his eight years old son.
