MIYAGAWA Hiroyuki is a filmmaker from Hiroshima. Before embarking on a career as a filmmaker in 2004, he directed numerous commercials, winning accolades at ACC Tokyo Creativity Awards, The One Show, and more.

MIYAGAWA Hiroyuki’s featurette film “Terrolun and Lunlun” (2018) was shown at 22 cinemas across Japan. It also screened at films festivals in Japan and abroad, bringing home numerous accolades. Director MIYAGAWA is now working on his first feature-length film. In this workshop, he talks about the process of making a feature-length away from the big cities. He will also use its screenplay to hold an actors’ workshop.
