In "International Short Film Competition", nominated six short films are divided into two parts to be screened in a competition style, which have been collected across the world as "works with positive power" as advocated by the representative Kyoko Heya. After the screening, you can also enjoy a talk show by the director and producer.

"Hiroshima Grand Prix" and "Jury's Special Award" are selected by strict review of juries and "Audience Award" is selected based on the voting of audiences from among the nominated works. Trophy is presented to each award and prize-money 300,000 yen is given to the Grand Prix work at the awarding ceremony to be held before Closing Ceremony of the Film Festival on the last day.

With nominated works worth seeing selected from various countries, please enjoy talk shows developed on the stage by directors and producers of individual works.
