Summer time. A teenage boy and girl have their first date in a park. Hesitant and shy at first, they soon discover each other, get closer as they wander, and end up falling in love. But as the sun goes down, it is time to part… And a dark night begins.

Damien Manivel
Manivel (1981, France) has worked as a dancer. In parallel to his work as a performer, he has made several reknown shorts including “The Lady with the Dog” ( Jean Vigo Prize ) and “A Sunday Morning” ( Cannes Critics Week Award ). “A Young Poet”, his first feature film, received the Special Mention at Locarno Film Festival 2014, his second feature film “The Park” premiered at Cannes festival in 2016 and his latest film "The night I swam" was shown at Venice's Mostra 2017.
