A junior high school teacher (Makoto Kido) illegally made an atomic bomb, and he makes unreasonable demands to the government with his atomic bomb. 
The film full of exciting suspense was nominated for various film awards.

Director

Kazuhiko Hasegawa
Hasegawa was born in 1946 in Hiroshima. His mother was an atomic-bomb victim, so he is a second-generation atomic-bomb victim. This background had various influence on his view of life. He directed “the youth killer” in 1976. With this film, he made a sensational debut. In 1979, he directed “the man who stole the sun”, and won various prizes.
At present in 2014, many people still waits for his new film after 30 years’ silence.
