<Synopsis>

Screenwriter SAKAMOTO Yuji and director DOI Nobuhiro, the team behind surprise smash hit We Made a Beautiful Bouquet（2021, have teamed up again for this tale of hope, starring HIROSE Suzu, SUGISAKI Hana, and KIYOHARA Kaya, depicting the dazzling joy of life as these women look forward without losing their kindness.

Misaki (HIROSE Suzu), Yuka (SUGISAKI Hana), and Sakura (KIYOHARA Kaya) live together in an old house in a corner of modern-day Tokyo. They go to work, school, and part-time jobs. They’re not family or classmates, but they care about each other and spend their days chatting away, enjoying their own fun and carefree lives. They’ve been bound by a strong bond for 12 years, but what is the ‟unrequited love” that they can’t tell anyone about?

＜Director＞

DOI Nobuhiro

DOI Nobuhiro was born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1964 and graduated from Waseda University. He is a renowned director of numerous Japanese dramas and debuted as a film director in 2004 with Be with You. His other notable works include The Wings of the Kirin (2012), Flying Colors (2015), and We Made a Beautiful Bouquet (2021). His latest film, Hirabano Tsuki (2025), will be released on November 14, 2025.
