<Synopsis>

Having received over 80 million visitors, Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum began as a simple “exhibition of rubble” in a devastated city. This documentary film tells the story of its transformation into one of the world’s most vital museums dedicated to the memory of tragedy.
At a time when the world is said to be on the brink of nuclear crisis, the film traces the museum’s history and amplifies its enduring, peaceful message to all humanity: a quiet but urgent plea for peace.
