<Synopsis>
A skilled locksmith who can open any lock remains unwilling to return home. When the hostess he is pursuing rejects him, he is left with a profound sense of emptiness. To fill this void, he turns toward a dangerous new path.

Chien-Yu Lin
Based in Taiwan, Chien-Yu Lin is a director, screenwriter, and production designer. Before studying at the London Film School in 2016, she worked as a fashion designer and dedicated herself to film and experimental media production.
Her debut short film, THE SOUND OF FALLING, won the Prix Festivals Connexion Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in the LAB competition at the 2019 Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival in France and has been selected for various international film festivals.
Her second short film, SUO JIANG, received support from Taiwan's Ministry of Culture through its selective short film fund and has won the Jury Priz for Sundance Asia 2024 and competed in Sundance Film Festival in 2025.
