In this action film set in a port town, an outstanding navigator from a maritime university (KOBAYASHI) becomes embroiled in trouble, caught between love and friendship. Where the Horizon Meets the Sun showcases beautiful locations in Hiroshima, Miyajima, and Kure, including the Kure City Public Pool and the now-closed Rakurakuen amusement park.
